Stylist Jacinta first caught our attention as a 2015 Voice of Hairstylist winner. The licensed stylist has been professionally styling hair for almost 15 years, creating hair magic for a wide-ranging clientele, including personalities from Love & Hip Hop Atlanta and New York Fashion Week designers. “I’ve always loved to do hair,” she said. “It just came naturally to me.” Armed with a degree in business, Jacinta took her passions to the next level, opening up her own salon Franchon Parlour in Columbia, MD, and luxury hair extensions company, JEREMY.
