She appeared on Today and Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon rocking textured space buns covered in googly eyes. Yes, googly eyes! The Avante Garde look was created by none other than her go-to hair Macgyver Nikki Nelms (the woman behind Solange’s epic A Seat At The Table cover and Kelly Rowland’s banging bob cut). Playing off of her red carpet slay at the Critics’ Choice awards, Nikki pulled out of her bag of magic tricks to cover Janelle’s hair – arts and crafts style – with black and white googly eyes that had our eyes popping and social media swooning!
